“Debra is a highly skilled, confident, and professional marketing consultant who produces high quality work. She operates with integrity, respect, and deep commitment. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to develop or re-vamp their approach to their business.”
“Debra streamlined our advertising, and redesigned our front line to look after the administration of the studio while giving me more time to focus on what I love... working with the students.”
I developed an approach that brings great success.
Engage.
When the business was established, what was it intended to do?
How did you envision your role?
To achieve goals, it is important for owners to focus on core functions of the business. Often ancillary tasks require attention, and the inherent obligation to fulfill these subsidiary responsibilities takes an owner away from the fundamentals of the business.
Going back to the intention will help establish a path to realizing the vision.
Develop.
What roles, duties and obligations are integral to success?
How long will it take to get there?
A business meets the needs and obligations of individuals and other businesses. While there are areas of strength, there may also be inefficiencies and areas requiring attention.
Grow.
While working to achieve specific goals, new challenges and new opportunities will emerge.
Evolve.
A focus on the bigger picture strengthens the foundation that supports further development for the future.

I love helping business owners succeed!.
I’m a University of Saskatchewan graduate who holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. My studies focused on general business management, human resource management and work/life balance. Educational achievement and business management experience led to the attainment of the Certified In Management designation through the Canadian Institute of Management.
Along with strong adaptive and organizational abilities, I am a dedicated individual offering skills of both a professional and a personal nature. I have worked for national organizations, small companies, family-run businesses and self-employed individuals.
Ultimately it is my goal for you to feel better organized and less stressed while your business continues to Engage, Develop, Grow and Evolve. Success will be measured in the improvements made to your business processes, in the efficient use of resources and, most importantly in how much more time you will have to focus on doing what you love.
Reflect on what your business has done; consider what your business is doing; look ahead to the future.
